The service

BHARII lets you book hourly sessions and access packages at independent gyms and fitness centres ("venues"). The venue provides the session; BHARII provides the booking platform and collects payment on the venue's behalf.

Bookings and payment

A seat is held for a few minutes while you pay. Prices include the taxes shown at checkout. Two-hour bookings may get an automatic discount. Show your booking number or QR code at the front desk. A receipt is emailed to you and can be downloaded from your bookings.

Packages

A package gives you access to one venue for the chosen period (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) from the start date you pick, for up to the daily hours shown (usually 2 hours a day). Book each visit in the app or website; your package code is applied automatically so the session costs ₹0 (personal training is charged separately). The code is linked to your mobile number and can't be used by anyone else. Packages can't be transferred or paused unless the venue agrees.

Wallet, cashback, credit packs and gift cards

Wallet balance can be used only for BHARII bookings and isn't redeemable for cash except where the law requires. Cashback is credited to your wallet after the session is completed and may be withdrawn if the booking is cancelled or refunded. Bonus credit from packs and rewards may expire as stated at purchase.

Your health and safety

You confirm you are fit to exercise, will follow the venue's rules and trainers' instructions, and will consult a doctor if unsure. Venues are responsible for their premises, equipment and staff.

Conduct

We may block accounts for misuse, fraud, sharing package codes, or repeated no-shows.
